Normal & Expected:

  • Mild redness or flushed skin that typically resolves within a few hours.

  • Skin may feel tight, smooth, or slightly sensitive for 1–2 days.

  • A healthy glow and improved texture are often visible immediately.

Contact Us If You Experience:

  • Prolonged redness or irritation lasting beyond 48 hours.

  • Rash, hives, or itching not typical for your skin.

  • Any signs of allergic reaction or discomfort.

Pre-Care Instructions:

To prepare for your Hydrafacial and ensure the best experience:

  • Discontinue use of retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, benzoyl peroxide, and other active skincare products 48 hours prior.

  • Avoid waxing, chemical peels, or laser treatments on the treatment area for 1 week before your appointment.

  • Refrain from sun exposure or tanning for at least 3 days prior.

  • Let your provider know if you are pregnant, nursing, or have any allergies or skin sensitivities.

  • Arrive with clean skin and no makeup, especially in the treatment area.

Post-Care Instructions:

Hydrafacial is a gentle, non-invasive treatment with minimal downtime. After your session:

  • Avoid makeup and active skincare ingredients (retinoids, acids, vitamin C) for at least 24 hours.

  • Avoid sun exposure and apply SPF 30+ daily.

  • Refrain from waxing, laser, or exfoliating treatments for 5–7 days.

  • Stay hydrated and maintain a regular skincare routine to support your results.

  • Avoid strenuous exercise or heat exposure (hot showers, saunas) for 24 hours.

Most clients notice an immediate glow with continued improvement over several days. For best results, regular treatments may be recommended by your provider.
