Post-Care Instructions:
Swelling is expected and can be significant in the first few days after treatment. Here’s how to support your recovery:
Apply cold compresses intermittently for the first 24–48 hours.
Avoid touching or massaging the area unless advised by your provider.
Sleep with your head elevated for the first few nights to reduce swelling.
Refrain from strenuous exercise, heat, and saunas for 48 hours.
Avoid alcohol and blood-thinners for 24 hours post-treatment.
Expect swelling, firmness, tenderness, or numbness for up to 2 weeks.
Swelling and inflammation are signs the treatment is working. Multiple sessions may be required—your provider will customize your plan for the best results.
