Membership Terms
Minimum Commitment: A minimum of 3 months is required for all memberships.
Monthly Charges: Memberships are charged on a monthly basis.
Cancellation Policy: A 15-day written notice is required for cancellations. Members must email info@hellomaeva.com at least 15 days before the desired cancellation date. Memberships can only be canceled after the initial 3-month commitment.
Treatment Selection: Each month, clients can choose their preferred treatment. Our aesthetician will provide personalized recommendations based on your skin’s needs at the time of your appointment.
Priority Booking: While we reserve exclusive appointment slots for members, we encourage booking treatments in advance during your consultation. Exact dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
Non-Rollover Policy: Membership services do not accrue or roll over if unused within the month.
Upgrade Options: Members can upgrade to Tier 2 at any time during their membership.
